At Dornett, we cut custom torsion springs in-house to match the exact needs of the door you’re working on. Whether you’re replacing or upgrading, we’ve got the range and flexibility to dial it in perfectly.

🔧 Our custom spring capabilities:
• 2 5/8” ID: from .218 wire to .312 wire
• 3 3/4” ID: from .273 wire to .393 wire

We can build springs based on:
✔️ Door size & weight
✔️ Lift type (standard, high-lift, vertical, etc.)
✔️ Cycle life requirements — from 10,000 up to 300,000 cycles

No door specs? No problem.

We can cut exactly what you need if you provide the: wire size, inner diameter, and coil-to-coil length, or simply bring in the spring and we’ll measure it for you!
