041-0365-000 is a replacement Safety Sensor Eye and Bracket Kit. For use with various LiftMaster® and Chamberlain® Garage Door Openers; manufactured after 1997.

Complete kit includes:

(1) Sending sensor eye (with LED)
(1) receiving sensor eye (with LED)
